The Coinbase app allows you to securely buy, hold and sell cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin and more. Coinbase quickly became the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States by trading volume and retains that title to this date. Coinbase apps and products include Coinbase, Coinbase Pro, Coinbase Wallet, Coinbase NFT, Coinbase Card (Visa debit card) and Coinbase Commerce, a payment service for merchants. In addition, Coinbase has products geared towards institutional traders. In 2021, Coinbase's commercial during Super Bowl LVI featured a retro bouncing QR code for 60 seconds linking to an introductory offer for $15 of free BTC. It achieved viral status, crashed the website and was considered to be the most effective of the Super Bowl LVI commercials.
